Additional Property Visits £80.00 + £20.00 VAT = £72.00 To attend the property for reasons other than the 6 month property inspection such as meeting a surveyor for a mortgage valuation.

Submission of Non-Resident Landlord Receipts To HMRC £50.00 + £10.00 VAT = £60.00 To remit and balance the financial return to HMRC quarterly and respond to any specific query relating to the return from the landlord or HMRC

Renewal Fee £150.00 + £30.00 VAT = £180.00 Review rent in accordance with current prevailing market conditions, negotiate terms of tenanncy renewal, carry out right to rent checks, draw up and serve the tenancy agreement & proscribed documents.

Right to Rent Checks (each - per tenant) - £35 + £7.00 VAT = £42.00

Refurbishment Commission 10% + 2% VAT = 12% of the cost of works - Arrange refurbishment works such as replacement of carpets, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, gardening, general in-between tenancy improvements and refurbishments etc.
