• Waiting at Properties
• Payment of Outgoings

• Inventories & Schedule of Condition (at additional cost)

2. Letting and Rent Collection Service (to include legal cover and rent guarantee insurance for the first agreed tenancy)

• Rent Collection, Deposit & Accounting

3. Letting Only Service

Humphriss & Ryde Letting Only consists of the following services:

• Introduction of Tenant & Agreeing Terms
• Deposit & Initial Rent
